Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our healthcare platform, including doctor, dentist, and pharmacy registration, provider listings, appointment booking, reviews, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By submitting a registration form, creating a profile, booking an appointment, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

• Platform: our website, registration portals, admin tools, and related services
• Provider: a registered doctor, dentist, or pharmacy listed on the Platform
• User / Patient: any person who searches listings, books appointments, or submits reviews
• We / Us: the operators and administrators of the Platform

2. Eligibility

To register as a healthcare provider or pharmacy on the Platform, you must:

• Be legally permitted to practise or operate in your jurisdiction
• Hold valid licences, registrations, or permits required by applicable law
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration
• Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age required in your region

We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any registration at our discretion, particularly where information cannot be verified or appears misleading.

3. Registration and account responsibilities

When you register on the Platform, you agree to:

• Submit truthful information in all registration fields, including contact details, qualifications, licences, and addresses
• Upload only genuine documents that belong to you or your organisation
• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized account use
• Promptly update your profile if your contact details, fees, availability, or licence status changes
• Accept that admin review may be required before your listing becomes publicly visible

4. Provider obligations

Doctors, dentists, and pharmacies listed on the Platform must:

• Maintain valid professional or business licences at all times
• Comply with applicable healthcare, pharmacy, and consumer protection laws
• Honour published consultation fees, pharmacy services, and availability where reasonably possible
• Respond to booking requests and patient communications in a professional manner
• Not misrepresent qualifications, experience, services, or pricing

5. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information or reviews
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems
• Upload viruses, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights
• Scrape, copy, or commercially exploit Platform content without written permission
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users or providers

6. Appointments and bookings

The Platform may facilitate appointment scheduling between users and providers. We act as an intermediary for discovery and booking only. The actual medical, dental, or pharmacy service is provided directly by the registered provider, not by us.

• Providers are responsible for confirming, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments
• Users should arrive on time and provide accurate contact information
• Repeated no-shows, abuse, or misuse of the booking system may result in suspension

7. Fees and payments

Consultation fees, pharmacy charges, and payment methods displayed on provider profiles are set by the respective provider. Unless explicitly stated on the Platform, we are not responsible for collecting payments on behalf of providers. Any disputes regarding fees or services should first be addressed between the user and the provider.

8. Reviews and user content

Users may submit ratings, reviews, or feedback about providers. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display, moderate, and use that content on the Platform. You must not post content that is false, offensive, or violates another person’s rights. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform design, branding, logos, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute Platform materials without prior written consent. You retain ownership of content you upload (such as profile photos and documents), but grant us permission to use it for verification, listing, and Platform operation.

10. Medical disclaimer

The Platform is an information and connection service. We do not provide medical, dental, or pharmaceutical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content on provider profiles is supplied by providers and is not a substitute for professional judgment. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including reliance on provider listings, missed appointments, or the quality of healthcare services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for Platform services in the preceding twelve months, if any.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, inaccurate registration information, or violation of applicable law.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform, remove listings, or reject registrations if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or pose a risk to users or the Platform. You may request deactivation of your listing by contacting us, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements.

14. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you also agree to that policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates the current version. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Platform is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
