If you created an account on our healthcare platform (as a patient, doctor, dentist, or pharmacy), you may request deletion of your account and personal data by completing the form below.

This page is provided in accordance with Google Play Store and applicable privacy requirements so that users can easily initiate an account deletion request.

How to request deletion

1. Fill in the form below with the name and email address registered on your account.
2. Select your account type (Patient, Doctor, Dentist, or Pharmacy).
3. Submit the request. You will see a confirmation message on this page.
4. Our team will verify your identity and process the request within 30 business days.

What will be deleted

When your request is approved and processed, we will delete or anonymize, where applicable:

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Contact details (name, email, mobile, WhatsApp number)
• Provider listing information (for doctors, dentists, and pharmacies)
• Uploaded documents and media associated with your account
• Appointment and booking history linked to your account
• Reviews or feedback submitted under your account

Data we may retain

We may retain certain information only where required by law or for legitimate purposes, such as:

• Records required for regulatory, tax, or healthcare compliance
• Information needed to resolve disputes or enforce our Terms & Conditions
• Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you

Any retained data will be kept only for the minimum period required by applicable law.
